why you matter...
I know this is going to be hard to hear for some, but you matter, like, A LOT! I mean, this whole life experience is all about you and what those experiences entail. You are more important than anything else and have a uniqueness that is only you. The self is all, and all is self. Given that, everyone else matters to your growth, so it is vital that you are happy in order to help this world progress.
All of the traumas, whether up front and conscious or buried away in the deep recesses of the brain, will be overcome. They will not run our lives anymore and take us in a direction that is not toward our purpose. We put the shovel down finally and ask for help to get us out of these depths, for we are the only true crab in our bucket.
what we offer
There are endless ways to change one's life for the better and to get exactly what you want in this existence. This is not one of those ways, it is YOUR WAY! What that means is this; We have set things that must be done in order to make the truthful transformation, but it is created mutually. Therefore, it is exclusive to you, and that is the only way this will work out for you particular needs. We work with any and all ages, individual, families, couples, generational, combinations of various modalities, whatever is needed.
As you will constantly hear me say, "there is not a problem that WE can't fix!" No matter the size or scope, everything can be figured out and accomplished to completion....
One-on-one sessions
This is the core aspect to all of the programs. You will work with me exclusively and accomplish what it is you set out to do through weekly meetings. We will dive into everything from family of origin issues to current life goals and how to accomplish them. I will challenge you in ways that you are not accustomed to. The technique allows for a caring and unbridled compassion through altruism, yet with a no nonsense, all excuses will be dismantled approach. It might be the hardest thing you have ever embarked on, yet also one of most fun!
better Psyche/Physical
These are your ways to help you to heal and strengthen self. Learning techniques along the lines of breathwork, eating habits and nutrition, fitness plans, grounding, magic of water, frequency modification, visual ingestion, psychic phenomenon, and many other ways to comprehend the world in and around us, keeps the energy strong. An innerstanding of how this world works, and the powers playing in it, allow for one to gain invaluable skills here. These daily and weekly practices will be learned and implemented.
Team Oyl (own your life)
A weekly group that everyone enrolled in a program will get to partake in. This is a vital component to change, as it truly does take a village to raise a child, or in this case, heal what needs to be healed. The support of others toward individual goals creates unprecedent accountability. We bring our weekly "to done list" and share with the team in a trusting environment. Something amazing happens here; your support of others makes your support of self.....Go through the roof! We simply, "just keep rowing" as I often say.
Solo Inquiry
This is the part of the program that you have the luxury to do nothing. Yes, that is right, nothing. Well, except continuing to practice what you have and are learning in the program. I do all the work here. In between our one-on-one sessions, I will work on your case. Where we are in the treatment process, and the next steps based on this, will be analyzed and scrutinized for further accomplishments. Consider it case management, so our next meeting will be optimized for maximum gains. A game plan, as the game unfolds organically.
Partners for change
Here we recruit our friends that are also involved within this community for self-change. Because no one is a master of all, some are much more highly knowledgeable in one (or several) areas that would be better to connect with. Because I will admit when I do not know something, or can assist thoroughly enough, we invite others to teach an area of focus to assist within the treatment process. These folks at times, have highly specialized and scientific equipment that they have access to. Some will be group led weekly classes, others might even be a one-on-one, or even private co-instructor sessions.

Easily learned tips, tricks, tools, and the such. These can be used anytime, anywhere, for mental, physical, and spiritual health;
Breathing techniques, emotional regulatory ability, fasting skills, visualizing adjustments, pattern-break recognition, child brain activity, grounding and energy cleansing, non-dominant hand treatment, slow down rose smelling, true eating for life, play therapy, sun gazing, silver lining/reframe utilizations, dance and prance, chanting, reductionism, singing, giggles and wiggles, etc...
