Water Ripples

My purpose and plan:

I realized something one day...what is the point to all of this? As in, am I here for myself or others? The answer is both. Imagine this; Throw yourself into an infinite realm of possibilities, experience all of these experiences that are perceived as positive and negative, reflect on them, and then hopefully learn and grow before kicking off into the next one, and that is life! Okay, cool, now what?

Well, what happens when that is the plan for everyone, yet something (trauma) transpires that prevents all of the steps to be gone through in their entirety and purposeful completion? Becoming stuck on so many levels, therefore, negating the true meaning of life, CHANGE!

I have learned to recognize these blockades in self, and others, and utilize techniques to allow for the transformation to take place and real healing to unfold.

So, I realized this a long time ago. That my purpose in this life is to help others to get the most out of this experience. To constantly learn about self and everyone else, making it The All.

Keep reading, I tend to write a lot...

Just ask yourself this; What is your happiness worth? And I do not just mean from a monetary standpoint, but what would you do, I mean       really, really do, to have the life you have always wanted? It can even be more than ever imaginable. I do not say that either to have

you buy something, seriously, I don't have time to fool around, and neither do you!

               What to expect:

Whatever the problem, and I literally mean, "any problem", can be fixed, or as I prefer to say, "solved and completed."

There is not an issue that we cannot fix, together.

I personally have some specialties to specific areas of focus, but the basis to any issue that is holding you back

in any facet to life, can be mastered from a similar stance. An approach and technique will be employed

to all, yet with the direct customization from you, it is therefore a unique way for you, and only you,

                                 to heal!

Examples of specifics for change: We need to go within, so we do not go without.

Carrer/life purpose discovery, relationship satisfaction, addictions, body image issues, self-esteem

and worth, depression, anxiety, loneliness, discontentment, procrastination, inflated ego, family

disconnect and generational gaps, weight loss/getting in shape, proper eating, complete lifestyle change,                                            who/ what/ where/ when/ why/ how you were, are and will be, to say the least. We will finally learn what will get us to do

the behaviors that are needed for the increase in steps for change, to then finally achieve our goals/dreams/desires!

What we work on will become a lasting change; This is not a temporary fad, or trendy "self-help" book that ends up on the back

of your bookshelf, almost as quickly as you bought it. Your entire view of life will change! It is such an amazing transformation that        goes far, far, beyond the "presenting problem" or why you came in. It sounds too good to be true, and it kind of is, but it's not. I heard   from a wise old man that "I may be blunt, but diplomacy is not one of my faults!" Find your fate, claim your destiny, and own your life,                                                          why, because it's yours, and no one else's! Now pack a lunch, let's go to work...

This is for you! find self, to help all...

Foot Tracks on Sand

...Story time...  I am what i am! (Read If you want, it rambles)

So, me in one brief, yet long, horrible run on sentence, the major stuff;

I use my personal, professional, learned, and shared experiences to accurately determine what it is one needs help with changing in their lives, in order to have the life that they deserve.

I was raised in Palo Alto, California, to a single mom who was raised herself by abusive alcoholics, ending that cycle with me, was a teacher, who conceived me in the Middle East, went through the Great Pyramid while I was in utero, born 08/31/1982 at Stanford Hospital, at a year old, told by a Buddhist monk that I am going to do major things in this life, befriended everyone and anything, was severely burned at 12 years old by best friend accidently, that same friend was murdered 10 years later by another friend, traveled to over 20 states (USA), 20 countries and 5 continents, moved to Humboldt County to go to college, studied Psychology, getting my B.A with honors, went through the Counseling M.A. program for MFT rooted in CBT, did in home care with mentally and physically handicapped adults for 9 years, grew a lot of marijuana during the "green rush" of Norhtern California, worked at an inpatient drug and alcohol rehab on the night shift, got 3 DUI's within 7 years, was arrested at gun point after a high speed chase and crash, got sober, fell off, got sober cycle, managed a county wide grant that won an international gold award, worked at the county welfare office in Social Services, endured several abusive relationships and mentally unstable woman, played every sport nearly growing up including all the extreme ones, fought a dog off to save my pooch, chased a bear at point blank range (2X's), and with so, so much more to say, the most important; I have learned to accept, heal, grow, learn, apply, live, and pass along all of the lessons learned through all of my life and others! I have been able to take the pain and negativity of trauma and turn that energy into happiness and positive growth. I am always still a student of life however, and with that, lets learn about you!
